Loan application and new house
We are about to complete on our new house. Our plan is to apply for a loan as soon as we complete, no issues with affordability. We currently rent and have done for 6 years, we plan to move in over the course of a month. When applying for the loan should I be applying at my current address or our new house? Will there be an issue when my bank runs the credit check because they will see the new address? My worry is getting a rejection because of an address mismatch.
Thanks for any advice.

Apply at your old address, it'll be at least a month before your credit file reflects the change of address. Probably longer than that.0
