JD Sports Won't refund - Warning!!!

I will never order from JD sports again!!!
I placed an order online many weeks ago to be delivered to the store. Upon checking the received parcel realised they sent the wrong items. The items were returned immediately there and then at the store. However staff didn't even apologise or seem to care. Paid by PayPal and was therefore supposed to get refunded by papal.
Unfortunately only part refund made for some reason. Sent numerous emails to JD sports customer service. But no response from customer service!
So I raised a RESOLVER case, then they responded. They agreed to make the outstanding refund within 24 hours. But despite weeks elapsing no refund appeared. Escalated to senior customer service champion who now refuses to discuss for "security reasons". My god what a company!!!!! Now going through PayPal chargeback.
Let my experience be a warning to everyone considering buying from this outfit!
