chicken quarters

I just bought some chicken quarters from the butchers and was wondering how long they will take to cook in the oven. Going to do a mini roast dinner tonight :D

  • the ones I get from the butchers are generally quite big so usually about an hour on 190 in fan oven. I usually stick the spuds in raw with them and they're genrally done at about the same time.
