PPI store card and Alliance&Leicester Loan

Hi,
1. TV ad says Littlewoods catalogue customers are owed PPI. I had an account in the early 90's, tried calling them but they said there was only 6B address on their record but not 6D? I have no paperwork on it. How can I proceed?
2. I had Alliance&Leicester loan years ago, no paperwork. Have called but need paperwork. What do I do?
3. Adams, Duet and Creation cards - who do I contact? I don't have any paperwork but still have the old storecards numbers.

1. Ignore the TV ads. No one is owed anything. People with valid complaints can complain. There will be no records from thirty years ago.
2. If neither you nor they have any evidence of PPI, there is nothing more you need to do.
