Hello world 
Do i have to tell my landlords that i rent my house from or do they get told by the court?
One more question, I live with 2 other people one dose not want anyone to know she is living there (except landlords) do i have to tell the court about them?

It completely depends on the OR some will and some won't. If you provide an up to date letting agreement with your rent amount on it and ask that they not contact your landlord they may not.

I rent my house and got told by the CCCS and CAB that the OR would contact the landlord, but my OR said that as I wasnt in arrears with my rent that they had no need to.0

My OR decided to confirm with my Landlord that I was up to date with Rent , so now he knows ............although he cool with it so long as he gets his rent.BR 08/09/2007 /DISCHARGED 11/04/2008

i had to send in proof of my tenancy, but no proof that i was up to date with the rentThe first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter
