Hi All
I presume it's oak?
I have this left in a property as last tenant did not want it. Is it worth Anything?
Its rock sold wood, very heavy, lovely details (even on the inside), all doors/drawers/locks work great.
I'm not even sure what it is properly called tbh, but it's a lovely piece of furniture and to good for the skip imo.

Looks more like mahogany or rosewood to me, not an expert though and cant tell how much its been stained.
Can imagine its worth something, like you said it looks very tidy. Although its been a while since red wood has been fashionable.
P.s. you should probably look at replacing that plug socket.0 -
As spadoosh says, beautiful piece of furniture, not oak and not in fashion at the moment.Put it on fb for £50 then you don't have to man handle it somewhere. If it doesn't sell donate to a charity shop.It is exactly what someone, somewhere is looking for.:0

Blimey, that's a right monstrosity isn't it!0

ask an antique dealer to come. It is big but it is a lovely unit0

I think I'd call it an armoire:

worth a punt on ebay. if no joy, freecycle0

It's a lovely piece. I would get it valued.
I know "brown" furniture is not very popular at the moment and of course it is a big item for small modern houses but it would look lovely in a Victorian/Edwardian style house with high ceilings.
I'm sure someone will love it. If a dealer won't take it, then a charity shop would.0 -
That's a lovely piece and could be worth something as would be stunning in the right setting. Could be worth checking with your local auction houses as many offer free valuations. Ours will give you a "ball park" view if you email photos they are especially interested in drawer joints etc., top and rear views (if possible) and any manufacturer marks. Based on recent experience charities are less likely to take as struggle to sell on.0

If it was copying a style,it would be reproduction. It is not any particular furniture style. It will be worth what someone is prepared to pay I am afraid.I am with LandyAndy,it is hideous.0

Looks very like this one:

£169.00, 16 watchers. So attracting some interest.
Somebody will love it, but I don't think they'll be willing to pay much more than that for it.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0
