Credit Card Addresses

Not posted in this board before, as far as I can remember, but I've read a lot of it in the last few days and know you are all very helpful.

I will be starting a DMP or DRO but I can't figure out where to send the holding letters to the following Credit Cards. If anyone knows the correct addresses I would be very grateful if you could post them.

ASDA (Creations?)
Aqua (New Day?)
Bank of Scotland
Marks and Spencers
Sainsburys

All have a PO Box address on the statements, but you can't send recorded delivery to those, can you?

The NEDCAB web site lists several addresses for most of them, so not sure which one to choose.

PLEASE don't reply with questions about my situation, soa etc just yet. I will answer questions, but first I need to get those letters done otherwise my head will go back into the sand for another month.

Thanks
Joe
