I wanted to re mortgage my parents owned home to raise money for home improvements.
We wanted to find out how do u go about adding name one
Transfer of equity then take out mortgage
Or does the new mortgage deed cover ?
Is it cheaper to do transfer of equity with a online broker or use lender legal advisor
