Free Delivery from Hotel Chocolat

Free delivery from Hotel Chocolat for orders over £15. Sign up for their newsletter (easy enough to unsubscribe) and they email you a one time code for use on your next order over £15. Handy for Christmas.

I found the link on another website, I know its an affiliate link so I tried going direct onto Hotel Chocolat's own site, but when I went to the link it said to fill in email in the box below but no box appeared. So, I have included both links, if the Hotel Chocolat's direct one doesnt work, the affiliate one definately does. Note I am NOT affiliated with that link.

Note when I did it I entered email and clicked to Enter and got page not found, however the free delivery code still arrived in my Inbox.

I would order via Quidco but again I cannot get the Quidco link to work for me (page not found error)
