Love it! Magazine "Entry Form"

This has been puzzling me for a while now.
When we fill in email details for the Love It magazine the subject we put is 'Entry Form' does anyone put anything else?
I'm talking more about in the body of the email. Do you put the issue Number in the body with the answers?
e.g
Issue No 123
Answers.
Blah
Blah
Etc
