13. The Prize (as described below) will be awarded to one (1) winner. The winner will be able to choose one (1) travel companion over the age of 18, and up to two (2) children under the age of 12 to accompany them on the trip.

14. The “Prize” comprises: a) One (1) x two-night stay at the four-star Golf View Hotel & Spa, Nairn. Stay will include three-course dinner (excluding drinks), bed and breakfast and is based on two (2) adults and up to two (2) children sharing one (1) standard twin, double or family room. Room upgrades are not included and stay excludes public holidays. b) One (1) x two-night stay at the four-star Thainstone House, Inverurie. Stay will include six-course tasting menu dinner (excluding drinks), bed and breakfast and is based on two (2) adults and up to two (2) children sharing one (1) standard twin, double or family room. Room upgrades are not included and stay excludes public holidays. c) One (1) x private tour of Brodie Castle, Crathes Castle, Garden & Estate, Culloden and Inverewe, including lunch at each property. d) One (1) x National Trust for Scotland one-year Family Membership for two (2) adults and up to six (6) children.

15. Prize cannot be extended, is non-refundable and non-transferable. No change or voucher for unused differences can be issued.

16. The winner and their companion(s) must redeem the Prize in full between 1 April 2020 and 1 September 2020 inclusive. If the Prize winner and their companion(s) are unable to redeem the Prize between these dates, the Prize will be forfeited.

17. All aspects of the Prize including private tours, dining and accommodation are subject to booking availability, weather conditions and are subject to the individual operator's standard terms and conditions. Height, age and other restrictions may apply.

18. All travel, activities, and accommodation are taken at the winner's and their travel companion's risk. Transport, taxes, meals, gratuities, upgrades, activities and any other costs, charges or expenses that are not specifically listed in the description of the Prize in section 14 of these Terms and Conditions are the sole responsibility of the winner and their travel companion(s).

19. The winner and travel companion(s) must travel on the same itinerary. The adult travel companion must be over the age of 18 and children must be aged under 12. The Promoter is not liable for delays, cancellations or unforeseen events related to any aspect of the Prize.

20. The winner and travel companion(s) will be solely responsible for obtaining valid identification and compliance with all travel and health requirements relating to acceptance and use of the Prize and must have no impediment to entering Scotland.

21. All Prize confirmation and tickets will be sent to the address supplied by the winner on a date selected by the Promoter at least 14 calendar days prior to departure. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for undelivered, lost, delayed or damaged confirmation or tickets.
