We're paying just over 35% of my income towards our mortgage...
We only have my wage coming in, live in the South East and have 4 kids.Total Unsecured Debt - Summer 2010 - £68244 / Summer 2011 - £57252 / Winter 2012 - £38495 / Winter 2013 - £21520 / Winter 2014 - £9342. / Summer 2015 - £0 - No Agreements, no payment plans, no settlements, no bankruptcy, just hard work.0 -

My income varies from month to month so my rent is 25 - 30% of my income0

Ours will be just over 11% per month but we will have expensive ground rent to pay.Mortgage started at £318,000 in June 2016. Original MF - 2041 :eek:
2nd Property Mortgage at £275,000. Mortgage free: 2049 :eek:
