OK, so I'm hoping that this will be of help to some people as I've seen online that lots of people have had issues with this. Basically, you can't enter a voucher code at the payment section after booking your seats so this is what you have to do:

First of all you have to select that you don't want any tickets (obviously)!!!! I think the default is 1 adult and 2 children so make those 0. Then, there's an option saying 'Add promo code' in grey in the top left hand corner. Click on that and add your codes there. The website says that you can add VSTL 2 but not VSTL1. Ours were VSTL3 and they worked.

Anyway, once you've put those codes in, you can then choose your seats and proceed and you won't get asked for any payment details.

That will hopefully save you 15 minutes on the phone to Vue!!!!
