Theatre Tickets – A £100 voucher to be spent at Birmingham Hippodrome

Birmingham Hippodrome gift vouchers can be used as full or part-payment towards tickets and packages in the Qdos Lounge and/or purchases in the Circle Restaurant at Birmingham Hippodrome.

Where applicable, a 6% transaction charge may apply when booking tickets with your voucher.

If the value of the voucher exceeds the value of the purchase (including any transaction charge), change will be given as vouchers, except when change is less than £1 when it will be given in cash.

The Circle Restaurant is unable to issue change when gift vouchers are used towards payment.

If the value of your purchase (including any transaction charges or fees) exceeds the value of your gift vouchers, the customer must pay the difference.

Vouchers expire after two years from the date of purchase.

Vouchers may not be exchanged for tickets, goods or services already supplied or exchanged for cash.

Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen or damaged.

All purchases are subject to availability and standard Conditions of Sale.

Under most circumstances, and where time allows, tickets may be reserved for a limited period to allow for purchase by post or in person.

Please be aware that Birmingham Hippodrome do not accept SOLT Theatre Tokens.

A Meal – A £150 voucher to be spent at Marco Pierre White’s

Valid 12 months from date of purchase.

The voucher is only valid for the amount or a meal as described.

Once redeemed any outstanding amounts cannot be carried over to a future visit.

Credit card details may be required when making the reservation.

Booking is essential.

Please state your voucher code at the time of the booking and present it on arrival.

Gift vouchers are only valid until (and including) the expiry date displayed on the front of the voucher.

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and change cannot be given.

Gift vouchers should be treated like cash and are non-refundable, non-extendable and cannot be exchanged for alternative or different experience. They cannot be replaced if lost, misplaced or stolen.

Gift vouchers which are altered, defaced or cancelled will not be accepted in any of Marco Pierre White restaurants.

Shopping - A £250 voucher to be spent in the Bullring & Grand Central, Birmingham

The voucher can be used at Bullring and Grand Central – some exclusions apply, a list of all stores which accept the voucher is available at the Bullring customer services.

Vouchers will be posted out 28 days after the winner has been notified.
