I think the second adult on the SOA is the OPs daughter who is shortly to go to university - which will cut the OP's income.That soa doesn't look like a DRO situation because it shows £260 surplus.
But most of the income is the partner's, plus the benefits (joint?). So strip that down to an individual soa and it's a possibility
OP - could you confirm my understanding? If so could you show an SOA as will be in October?0
