Not really, that he is a liar is plain to see by reading his posts where he contradicts himself.

He takes pride in trolling the HPC forum using multiple identities to cause disruption.

He also takes delight in belittling renters, who he considers inferior to him, an unpleasant character flaw.

He stated that I am a liar and do not own my house, to which there is no answer other than to reiterate that I do, but short of posting my private details on an open forum there in no way that I can prove it so any further debate is futile.

In short, I don't need to prove that Triathlon is a liar, its plain for all to see. I could prove that I own my house outright, but for obvious reasons am not prepared to.

    Bye for now.

No, I just troll HPC, don;t take no pride in it at all:)

Just have the two ID's, because one of them was banned for posting pro property stuff, of course on a heavily censored cult website. I did get a handful of posters on that site banned for flying off the handle after I wound them up, one of which was probably one of the people you keep mentioning, who probably just did not like you, and we all probably know who you are :)

P.s what was the first name of the Hulks alter ego

Justin Holme, 51, bought three properties, in Doncaster, Gloucester and Northampton
How did he pick his properties, throwing darts at a dartboard? "I'll buy three properties with borrowed money in three different cheeks of the arris end of nowhere, then I can sit back knowing that I'm safely diversified."

I'm by no means a fan of geared BTL, but the fact this is a news story (even in the Torygraph) shows how difficult it is to lose money in property. Imagine a news story "I borrowed a load of money and invested it in three individual shares, then I went bust".

Needless to say, he didn't ruin himself because property prices crashed. Even if his own properties did fall in value (not surprising with three properties in third-division cities selected via dartboard, which were then repossessed and sold at fire-sale prices by the lender), it's irrelevant. He was ruined because he couldn't pay the mortgages. Being unable to move to a mortgage with slightly lower payments that he still couldn't afford accelerated the moment of reckoning.

Wider implications for the property market = zero. Another landlord will have bought them up by now and nothing will have changed.

I haven't been to the forum hpc.co.uk for a long time. Not since I said that Realist Bear was a fraud and a charlatan who had imprisoned people who listened to him to a lifetime of renting, and they banned me, just as he abandoned them.

    Here goes...

Good grief. The crash. It's imminent!

Try being critical of Bruce Banner then.
His predictions run into the 100's now and everyone of them has been a failure, yet they ban everyone that calls him out.

Now this is the reason why housepricecrash.com MUST be challenged and heavily attacked, just wish more high profile people had been as brave as Kirsty Allsopp, if only MP's celebs had joined her on her brave attempt to take that cruel website down.

On their latest thread that I laughed at called "This is it" has no longer become a laughing matter, they are now critical of the fact that two pensioners who got into a small financial difficult should be evicted from their home and made homeless, even though the banks are now happy for them to stay for another two years at least.
It would not be so bad if it were just one or two nutters from HPC, but dozens of them feel this way and articulating their awful views, and I will guarantee should they trace this couples local rag doing a local story on them they will bombard the comments section hoping to shame and humiliate them further.

Please anyone, does this not sicken you, what type of people are they. If they really want a house why do they not just get off their backsides and make a few sacrifices and work for it like most of us did.

I keep saying I won't go back there but the comedy is just irresistible. In a current thread one crashtroll has suggested the reason why a crash is imminent:

2007/2008 financial crash was not allowed to properly crash so there is lots of crashing energy left unresolved.
    https://www.housepricecrash.co.uk/forum/index.php?/topic/234794-so-when-is-the-house-price-crash-then/

"Crashing energy"? !!!!!! does that even mean?? But it gets better. The result will be:

    • Food stops getting to supermarket shop shelves
    • Temporary Mad Max world.
    • Martial law/military dictatorship to restore order

How can anyone write that and hold back from p155ing themselves?
