Section 32 pension about to close - what to do?

I have a complaint registered with the Financial Ombudsman but nothing has happened for 6 months so I'm not sure if this is the organisation to appeal to.

Thanks Xylophone. So, I've made a complaint to the wrong body? Would you suggest a new complaint to pensions ombudsman? Didn't know there was one. I just worry this will take more time and I need to get the cash invested asap especially before new financial year. Really appreciate the help.

You might telephone and make an initial enquiry.

Did you get around to an official complaint? I am still in the same boat and about to progress my issue. My plan is to complain to Aegon (maybe just a formality), then POS.
