I have a complaint registered with the Financial Ombudsman but nothing has happened for 6 months so I'm not sure if this is the organisation to appeal to.

Thanks Xylophone. So, I've made a complaint to the wrong body? Would you suggest a new complaint to pensions ombudsman? Didn't know there was one. I just worry this will take more time and I need to get the cash invested asap especially before new financial year. Really appreciate the help.0
