remortgage offset - any good deals?

Looking to remortgage my offset. Would go to a broker but chances are I will stay with my current lender so there would be no commission available.
Searching for linked savings offset (rather than current account). 250k mortgage. Excellent credit rating. Low salary multiples and low LTV, so shouldn't be a problem, just want to find the best rate! Looking for best rate over 3 years.
Coventry BS have offered 5.95% with £2000 fee or 6.05% with £800 fee.
Need a lender that isn't likely to go bust in the next few years as not 100% sure that offset savings account would be protected by FSCS above 35k level, even though mortgage would be with the same lender.
Grateful for any help.
