BestInvest trade issues

Is anyone else having problems trading through BestInvest at the moment?
I made some important sells in my SIPP on the 1st of July and they still havent gone through now 17 days later. I was assured via email on the 8th that they'd had provider issues and the trades would be 'price matched' but no timeline was given. Here I am 10 days later still very concerned and waiting on another response.
I know many of you have transferred to the likes of Fidelity (not a bad idea) but was just curious if im the only one. Misery loves company after all.

That's shocking. I get annoyed when I sell a fund (I do have a few) and that takes 3 days. I'd be on the phone every day.0
