I currently have off set mortgage with Intelligent Finance and I want to change my mortgage along with my current account to some better deal as I found their customer service getting worse. Anyone has any recommendation as to the best deal?
Failing that, I want to change at least my current account. I need online access as well as cheque book etc.
Would appreciate your advise/ recommendation
Many thanks in advance

I'm not sure which one you should try but, if you value your sanity, avoid the barclays version like the plague! Their customer service is the worst I have EVER encountered.:hello: Stand up and be counted. Grumbling without doing something gets you nowhere.0
