Problems with Shredded Wheat £3 vouchers??

Are people having problems with using the Shreddies Joey £3 DVD voucher when redeeming it on food shopping at Asda, Tescos and Sainsbury's??

Tried at Asda and Tescos now and am getting a lot fo aggro when using them. They won't accept it even when purchases over £12-£20.

It seems the women cashiers are the worst! Are they jealous or something? Why they so reluctant??

And what is the policies of the stores regarding redemption of these sorta vouchers??

I have used about 3 or 4 of these in ASDA and 1 last night in Sainsburys with no problems. My advice to anyone who has trouble with coupons is always the same and I have found this to be a great saving - ask at Customer Services before you start - that way you don't have to get into an arguement with the checkout operator. If they say no then ask for a reason - as far as my local ASDA goes they will currently accept any coupon as long as it is "in date", they stock the product the coupon is for and it has a valid address for them to submit it for redemption.

Most coupons have an NCH address but they do accept others and they have accepted coupons for prododucts that they don't sell. I usually shop with coupons on a Saturday morning and never really have any problems. If they have a problem with a particualr coupon then I just take it back and try it again another day.
Your really can not beat a good bargain !!!

Psychy, rejection could be due to the fact that it is meant for a product not available till July. To be able to redeem vouchers they accept, the shops have to stock the product.;) . Try again in July.

Randan, your supermarkets employ staff with limited reading skills or you are so attractive, the checkout staff are mesmerised.:D
