The online survey consists of 12 questions and will take less than 3 minutes to complete. There are over 1,000 employers being invited to participate and the results should be really interesting.

Those completing the survey and wish to share their details:

• Will be provided with a summary of the results
• Will be entered into a free prize draw to win one of our Wellbeing initiatives worth over £500

All submissions will be kept anonymous and will not be used for any other purpose than the gathering of responses. Please complete the survey by 5pm on Friday 19 July. Submissions after this date unfortunately cannot be included in the results.
