Hi,
We had solar panels installed in feb. We applied for the fit straight away. Eventually eon got back to us and told us there was something missing on the form (our bank details). We got straight back to them with the missing information. However, we have heard nothing. It’s been months now. I appreciate there’s a back log but when I spoke to someone on the phone about the missing information she said it wouldn’t put us back to the beginning.
It’s been nearly 6 months since we had them installed. We really thought the tariff and everything would be set up by now.
Anyone else having problems?

I had an issue with them also, large delays etc. I was advised by there Rep on these forums to phone up and open it up as a complaint. I was then assigned a complaints manager and it got dealt with much quicker.
I would advise you to do this also.4.6kWp PV Comprising 16 x Jinko Solar Maxim Optimised 290W panels SSE Facing, Solis Hybrid Inverter and 7.2 kWh Pylontech batteries. Gloucestershire.0
