Government accepts public sector pension changes in 2015 were not lawful

see article...published today...

http://www.pensions-expert.com/Law-Regulation/Treasury-accepts-pension-reforms-were-unlawful?ct=true

What a big news! Plenty of implications now!!!

Don't know what would happen to those who retied already due to 2015 pension changes? Lots of people paused/stopped pensions due to AA/LTA taxes.. Interesting times...

Last line from the article says:

“The judgment does not alter the government’s commitment to ensuring that the cost of public service pensions are affordable for taxpayers and sustainable for the long term.”

it means the changes would be short lasting??
