This Competition is NOT restricted to Scotland
The origin of the previous "Scotland Only" restriction is the sign-up page shown above, where it asks for your postcode.
After looking into this more closely, you are not prevented from registering if you are outside Scotland - any UK postcode is acceptable. Some STV functions, particularly with the player, are geo-restricted according to your postcode, but with competitions, if the specific terms for an individual comp do not have a restriction, you are free to enter throughout the UK.
Some STV comps do have "Scotland Only" as a specific term, but many do not. Efforts will be made to check for any restriction in future posts.
