Offer of loan with high APR

Help,
Ive been offered a loan with high APR, 12.9%, i calculated how much i could borrow based on how much i could afford to repay monthly. This has blown that out the water. Can i decline and apply for a loan with a different leader or am i likely to be offered the same APR terms?

You can apply with another - they will offer you terms based on how they assess your risk.

I would limit it to another one or two applications.
