No space to extend

I live in a 2 up 2 down 1930s terrace, but it somehow feels more spacious than the new 3 storey, 3 bathroom places I've seen.
I think it depends on the layout of the estate. Ours certainly doesn't feel cramped or over looked. The garden isn't the biggest but is certainly an ample size and has a lovely tall wall around most of it making it feel very private.0 -

If they want some of the the help to buy initiatives they have to buy a new build home.
As these are usually first time buyers they are also the most inexperienced house buyers/owners.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -

There is plenty of affordable housing out there for first time buyers without the need for the Help to Buy scheme.
Most people using HTB could have bought a home without the help of the extra funding.0
