Halifax mortgage application with default please help!!

Options
Guys, first post on this forum i just need my mind putting at ease :o, so here it is:
Myself and my partner have applied for a mortgage with Halifax, i have a default from 2015 which i settled last year for (£70) i didnt know i had a default and was mortified when i found out and obviously settled straight away. We have a 5% deposit and 20% htb loan, so our LTV is 75%, our MB seems to think we are home and dry with our application and colleys are instructed to value the property this week.

Does this mean Halifax are happy with all supporting documents etc? We have supplied 3 months wage slips and proof of deposit and heard nothing else more from our MB only to inform us that the valuation is booked in this week! Any help is appreciated
