I just had my reply from a PCN fine given to me last month.
I noticed it has my name on the form eg:
My name
My first line of address
My town
My postcode
My county
The vehicles registered keeper is:
My company name
My name
My first line of address
My town
My postcode
My county
If they havent sent it to the company is it a good idea to not reply as its sent to wrong person/company or should I reply and put (Wrong name and address)

If you don't reply then you'll probably end up in court or something. Just let them know that they've used the incorrect address. At the end of the day, it makes no difference where the letter is sent - you have a fine that has to be paid, whatever address they use.
Are you worried that failure to pay the fine might result in a debt collector calling to your home instead of your business? If you are liable to pay the fine, then just pay it and forget about it.0 -
Did you appeal the ticket Zebedee as it is not clear from your post?
A PCN is a penalty charge notice - all wording must be correct. Appeal and ask for photographs etc - logic being if they got the details wrong they may well have got other details wrong too. If you are in London you appeal the ticket with the relevant council and then contact PATAS - outside of London you appeal the ticket in the same way but contact another set of adjudicators (sorry don't know the name of them).
Anyway you can't pay the penalty charge notice - only the penalty charge. I have some experience in this area having taken Lambeth Council to court several times to the extent that they paid me £500 compensation.0
