Hi everyone, im hoping someone can help!!
I am looking to purchase a home (fingers crossed) in a years time with my partner with around a 20% deposit. He has a full time job however my situation is a little different. I have a part time employed job with fixed days/hours, but also have a self employed casual job, and a casual (0 hour) employed job through agency work (so i do work full time, just at multiple places and a mixture of employed, self employed and zero hours) my question is, will all my employment/self employment earnings be taken into account when applying for a mortgage?

I'm employed and also self-employed. We used a broker to arrange our mortgage. At first, I didn't mention my self-employment because I thought it would be complicated and it varied and wasn't huge, but we weren't getting approved for the level of mortgage we needed - my self-employed actually tipped the balance and got us the mortgage. It was easier than I realised. I'd recommend using a broker. They average out the last 2/3 years I believe for self-employment, it depends on the lender.0

There are lenders who will take your total income in to account from all jobs, but many lenders will only accept 2 jobs and they may only take 50% of the second job.
Sounds like a job for a broker but potentially this can be done subject to the finer details.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
