Need to help to reclaim from USI Tech scam

Hi all,
A couple of years ago I invested money in a USI Tech bitcoin scheme that turned out to be a scam. I only lost £100 but £100 is a lot of money to me and I'd like to get it back if I can. There are ads for companies that will do this for me but I wondered if anyone can give me some advice about doing it myself?

I've always been sceptical about bitcoin being a scam but i think these companies that think they can magic up refunds from scams might be a scam too.
