Are student loans subject to IPA?

I am thinking of going to university but know that bankruptcy will be approaching in the next few months (house being voluntary surrendered). Will student loans be taken as an IPA?

Thanks

If you only have a student loan to live on then its treated much like benefits for an IPA so it wouldn't be treated as income in that respect.
  • I went bankrupt in Nov 2015, and started uni in Sept 16, 2 months before discharge. When I told my OR, they closed my case and said they didn't need another update from me, even though I worked part time.
