New Job but unsure on pay

I don’t have time to ask anyone at my job til Monday but I thought I’d ask on here for some help.
I started my new job on July 1st, the company pays on the 20th of every month in arrears.
Will I get paid on the 20th of this month?

You need to ask your employer.
Wait until Monday and ask.
No 1 on here can answer that.
There is most likely a cut off, depends when it is.0 -
I think you will get julys payment on 20th of August...
It really depends when the cut off point for caculations of pay ismake the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
I would of asked this before I even started the job.0

I would think so, but you will have to check with your new employer. There will be a cut off date for overtime and other variables.0

I think if it really wasn't in your favour they really would have said something by now.
I know I was taken along to admin on 'official' first day to be told quite clearly I'd missed cut off and it would be a payment made 5/6 weeks later at end of next month worked. It's the only employment thing I was made absolutely clear about. I have zero paperwork but know when payday is.
Other time I worked for a small company who asked me end of first week to go into accounts to give card details and I watched as they added me to their online banking just as you would do at home - no delay there.0 -
You need to know the pay period for the pay day.
Very important to right this down and keep records if it does not align sensibly with something easy to remember.0 -
If you have missed the July cut off, they may be willing to give you an advance. But only they can tell you when you'll be paid, and whether an advance would be forthcoming.Signature removed for peace of mind0
