Hi I’m looking for suggestions for a broker that can help with my situation;
Partners credit history is perfect.
Looking to buy my mums property valued at 160k we have 10k deposit.
My credit history is not so good. A repossession in 2009, Default 2014, CCJ 2015.
I have been working on trying to rebuild my credit file for around 3 years. The repossession no longer shows however any one I have spoken to I have told them about it.
Just wondering if anyone had any suggestions ?
Thanks

There are a lot of experienced brokers on here who can help but we all seem to have our specialisms. Mine for example is affordable housing (shared ownership and help to buy) and expat.
For adverse a broker who posts on here called ACG may be a good shoutI am a Mortgage Adviser

There could be options but on a 95% product, you are going to be limited to probably a handful of lenders.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Is your mum giving you any discount on the price of the house? You may be able to use this to increase your deposit which may make things a bit easier.0
