frozen oyster recipes pleeeeeeze

I like to go into the local chinese supermarket and buy a couple of things I've never tried before. A few months ago I bought a pack of frozen oysters and I still haven't used them! Any recipes?

Also what do I have to do with them - are there any yucky bits that need removing? (I never know what to do with mussels either). The directions are in chinese so not much help there!

You can use it as you would use most frozen seafood. My favorite one is oyster omelette with lots of pepper.

Defrost the oysters thoroughly (2 good handfuls for 2), then whisk 2 eggs, a bit of milk, lots of white pepper, bit of salt. Chop up a bit of spring onion, saute lightly put the eggs on to cook then drizzle the oysters over it. Fold in half then cook slowly. Serve with chopped coriander.
