    Why not? Nobody knows who you are and nobody knows who you are talking about. What exactly does she need to access on the phone?

    I think it was already mentioned earlier in the thread ... was the phone ever linked to a PC and iTunes? Has she tried connecting it that way to see if what she needs can be recovered?

    If that once worked, it doesn’t now on iOS 12.3.1
