Northern Rock non compliance period

I have had confirmation from NRAM that on my together mortgage, I was refunded interest in 2013. This was for the period of non compliance that was from 1/10/09 - 30/4/13. Can anyone tell me if this date is the actual non compliance period for for everyone's paperwork, or if it's just coincidence that this is the date I remortgaged. Only prior to this date, I had a much higher unsecured loan which they haven't refunded me interest on, and I want to know whether it's pointless querying the period prior to this or not as my paperwork didn't look any different to the period they refunded for?
