Approved mortgage subject to positive valuation.

Hi all,

This morning i received an email saying..

Great news! Your mortgage application has been approved subject to receipt of a satisfactory valuation.
Anyone else on the sane boat? What does this actually mean?

Does it mean yes you have been approved but with a good report or even if we get a good report the mortgage loan will be considered.

Please help

It means your mortgage application has been approved and it now depends on the valuation of the property.
