Bluestone mortgage’s help to buy

Me and my husband have reserved a new build plot and have made a bluestone mortgage application two weeks ago. Bluestone asked for our mortgage statements on Friday and made the hard credit search friday. Does anyone know the turnaround for instructing valuations, we are being pressured by the builder !

They only instruct the valuation once they have agreed the case. Bluestone are typically a lender of last resort so I would not expect that to be done within a week.
You can instruct the valuation prior to offer being issued, but if the mortgage is not agreed, you lose that money.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
