Will I likely get approved a mortgage?

I’m looking to move out sometime next year with my gf who’s a teacher (I’m a postman).
Bit of background information... I earn 18700 as a postman plus extra with overtime although I can’t say for sure how much this is and my girlfriend is on 30k. I earn 350 extra through benefits as I have bipolar but I don’t know if this will last. I’m hoping to move out next year after probation in my job etc and I should have about 12000 saved up and my gf will have 25kish. My credit score is average according to ClearScore but excellent on Experian my gfs credit score is excellent on both. I live comfortably on my income and always have money I save at the end of the month (a few hundred). I do have a few bad spending habits though like a few meals out/takeaways a week and maybe £10 gambling every week or 2. Will this work against me? I could possibly be taken on full time eventually which will give me a wage of about 24k but either way we hope to move out possibly April time next year which will be a year into my job. This is both our first mortgage but I have been living in a council flat and I always pay my bills on time and I have a credit card I have been using recently (only going over 50% once). Any other info you want to know please ask. And TIA for any inside knowledge

Your credit scores aren't seen or used by lenders, as they're not really credit scores, but just a comedy gimmick that only you see.
You need to look at your credit files to see what appears, especially any negative markers.
Lenders will review your history as well as your current circumstances.0 -
Sounds like you should be fine.
Decent deposit, saved. Relatively stable jobs by the time you apply.
Your bank accounts sound fine, take aways/meals are not seen as a bad thing and your gambling will not be an issue.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
