Well you could start by looking on the Halifax website at new deals for existing customers !
I don't know your current LTV or what your looking for Fixed, tracker, offset, discount.
But as you have a mortgage with Halifax I think this is a good starting point.
Rates are cheaper than they were 5 years ago and your LTV might be better.
You can apply online, by phone or in branch and you can apply 3 months before your fix is up.
Maybe fee free as well0 -
Halifax existing customer deals are amongst the most expensive deals in thr prime mortgage market.
If you can pass with any other mainstream lender I will bet my kidney that they will be cheaper than Halifax existing customer deals.
Just cause they may be cheaper than your current deal, doesn't make them a good deal themselves0 -
Why do you not want to take professional advice? There is a lot more to mortgages than their headline rates - taking advice can save you time and money.I am a Mortgage Adviser
