If you paid by card they will refund it to the are they took the payment from. I have had a purple of stand offs over refunds myself and had to accept it going back onto my bank card.

This afternoon I found a stash of toothpastes and toothbrushes in one of the bathroom cupboards! Some of the sample toothpastes I gave her back in the 1990's. There's also a large number of bars of soap, bottles of handcream and body lotion, mostly all given as presents from friends.

DM managed a shower this evening, first one for almost three weeks. I'm not sure who's more tired after it! Apart from that it's been a quiet day.
