You can pick up a free entry form every time you visit and make a purchase in the garden centre, florists, restaurant and Simpsons Home*.

To enter – simply purchase any item in store until 13th October and pick up a FREE entry form from our till points…The more you visit, the more chances you have to WIN!

The car will be in store until 13th October plus look out for our promotional vehicle which will be on tour across the Highlands during the summer!

Win a Car – Terms and Conditions

This prize draw is brought to you by Simpsons Garden Centre (“Simpsons”).

There will be one (1) individual Prize of one (1) ‘VW Polo’ (“Polo”). For more information about the Prize and/or this prize draw please contact Customer Services on 01463 250200 or by email on info@simpsonsgc.co.uk.
The Prize is for a VW Polo, worth £15,495 RRP, which is in full working order at the time of the winner being announced. There will be no cash or other alternative prize offered.
Insurance, maintenance and running costs of the vehicle are the responsibility of the winner from the date of ownership of the vehicle.
The winner must arrange insurance and provide a full UK driving license on the date of collection. The Polo will have accrued delivery mileage. Simpsons will not be responsible for any mechanical (or other) faults that may develop after the winner takes ownership of the vehicle.
The winner will be the first registered owner of the Polo.
VW have not endorsed or supported this prize draw.
Entry forms can be collected free with every purchase in store. (excluding concession store purchases)
Only one entry form will be issued per transaction per day
One entry, per day, per customer.
Entries can be made at Simpsons by completing an official Simpsons prize draw entry form, available at all till points from Simpsons Garden Centre. Postal entries will not be accepted.
Only entry forms that have been completed in full will be entered into the prize draw. Simpsons does not accept any responsibility for entries which have been lost or stolen.
Entrants must be residents of the UK aged 18 or over. Simpsons may need to see proof of age. Using false details will result in disqualification.
No bulk or third party entries shall be accepted.
This prize draw is not open to employees of Simpsons Garden Centre or their direct family members, employees of Hawco Group Inverness or any person directly or indirectly involved in the running of the prize draw.
The final closing date for entries is Sunday 13th October 2019 at 6pm (18.00 hours). No entries will be accepted after this time.
The one (1) winner of the Prize will be decided no later than Friday 18th October 2019. The winner will be selected at random by Simpsons and contacted by Simpsons on the email address or telephone number provided.
The winner must then confirm with Simpsons that they accept their Prize within 2 weeks of the date and time of the email sent or the phone call by Simpsons to the winner.
Only the winner will be contacted personally on the details that they provide at entry.
Entrants must ensure that the details that they provide at entry are accurate and legible. Illegible forms are will be forfeit.
Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If they cannot be contacted, fail to respond or if the Prize remains unclaimed in the time frame stated above (or there is a failure to meet the eligibility requirements or otherwise the winners are unable to comply with the terms and conditions), the Prize shall be forfeited and Simpsons reserves the right to offer the unclaimed Prize to the next entrant selected at random. Simpsons may repeat this process until such time as the Prize is claimed within the relevant period.
The winner of the Prize will be announced via Simpsons social media pages, website and within Simpsons Garden Centre within one week of the Prize being awarded.
The Prize must be taken as stated and unless otherwise specified cannot be deferred. There will be no cash or other alternative offered. Once the Prize has been allocated it cannot be transferred.
Simpsons reserves the right to: (i) substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value at any time; and (ii) cancel or change this prize draw at any stage, if deemed necessary in the reasonable opinion of Simpsons.
Simpsons decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be required to participate in publicity and the prize draw may appear in other promotional materials. The winners name and ‘area’ of residence will be available once the Prize has been claimed by contacting info@simpsonsgc.co.uk
Simpsons cannot guarantee that the Prize will be free from all disruptions, failings and/or errors.
Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them when entering this prize draw.
