Gmac-rfc

Thank you for reading.

I have been going through my affairs, ahead of the deadline for claiming PPI etc.
I realised that in 2005 (ish) I had an interest only, self-cert mortgage with GMAC-RFC. This was subsequently sold to Webb Resolutions who then also sold it on twice (I'm now with someone called Ocelot Resolutions)

My question revolves around the GMAC-RFC one
They charged me for things like being in arrears and so forth. I have just read that in 2009 they were required to refund customers. Since I had moved by that time (two years) I wouldn't have got the letter or known about it.

Am I entitled to go after them to claim this money back? How do I get in touch with them?

Thanks a lot
Hoofers
