Disabilities and person specifications

Excuse me. Your saying I can’t be bothered to learn. I have disability which makes it harder to learn. I am deaf. I know there’s deaf people that do drive but personally I find it harder. It’s not that I can’t be bothered.
I don’t apply for jobs if it says I need a licence because I’m reading what is required. I know that my application will be put aside
Deaf/deaf people can drive, there's even Deaf driving schools with BSL instructors in big cities. It's completely different to being epileptic and not being allowed near the public highway in a car.
You could go and learn and expand your opportunities for work but an epileptic person can't. To just disregard all jobs that say "driving essential" is stupid for people in that position because our opportunities are limited enough without someone tightening the net through lack of thought. I've seen tonnes of jobs ask for a license that don't involve driving, some in the city where you wouldn't drive to work anyway so even if you could drive you wouldn't have the car on hand.0
