Precise Mortgage Application

Looking for some advice/reassurance/experiences.......
We've been give a DIP from Precise Mortgages. Just waiting on our home going on the market then we can hopefully put an offer in on the house we have seen (if nobody has snapped it in the next few days 🤞) and get the application done. Now I'm freaking out thinking it's all going to go wrong 😬
Our situation is:
Husband's income 46k
My income 15k
Outstanding DMP 10k
Current property value 165k
Outstanding mortgage 92k
DIP approved for 220k with 40k deposit coming from our equity
We have never missed DMP payment since it started in 2014. Everything on our credit file is included in DMP most have been defaulted since 2014 or AP markers. One creditor still showing In Arrears status 6 but note on file to say it's part of DMP and I have a letter from them to say it's not their policy to default account while paying as per DMP.
So worried we've got so far and don't want to be disappointed if they turn round and reject our application.
Anyone been in similar situation????
TIA 😁

I've done quite a lot with Precise over the years and i have only had 1 case decline after AIP which was due to sustainability of self employed income. As far as I can tell they tend to stick to their credit decisions quite well.
As long as all questions have been answered fully then i cant see any issues. I have done quite a few DMP cases with them and not had anything crop up to give me concern.0 -
Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0
