Currently waiting on a Natwest mortgage application.
Logged into the tracker and currently awaiting "Assessment & Valuation".
All documents have been accepted and my mortgage advisor called me to ask about the remaining years on the leasehold, the number of bedrooms within the property and fi I still want to use the same valuation package that I chose during the meeting in which I got my Mortgage Illustration and AIP.
I'm assuming the Underwriters have moved onto the Valuation part of the offer now, cannot be sure as the Natwest Mortgage Tracker isn't precise.
If anyone else has gone down this route, could you advise?
Thank you!

Natwest Mortgage Tracker is to be ignored and disregarded. It has so few stages that the file could have been accidentally shredded and it would still say Assessment and Valuation
The broker should be getting emails from the underwriter with any questions. They call me sometimes just to sort stuff rather than put it back in the queue. Their underwriting process is really good, the tracker is not
Is your mortgage advisor working for Natwest or a broker? If the latter just give them a call and ask whats happening. He/She can then call Natwest support and they can read the latest case notes to them0 -

One of the better lenders however.I am a mortgage broker. You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. This signature is here as I follow MSE's Mortgage Adviser Code of Conduct. Any posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as financial advice. I'm working directly with a Mortgage Advisor from my nearest bank whom is very knowledgeable. She's been keeping me informed and asking me for information and documents for my application.
Since they've asked about the valuation information; remaining years on lease, number of bedrooms and if I'm happy with what I've chosen for the valuation I presume it's moved onto the next step.
They're not working today so I will chase them up tomorrow.
Thanks for the advice though! Half the time the tracker isn't even working so good to know.0
