Stayed means?....
it says "Stayed "until further notice"?
Is the CCJ dead and buried?
its a car debt or lease thing

Presumably this is a stay of execution.
It is an order that temporarily prevents the original CCJ being enforced.
This can be for w hole host of reasons, one or more of which the defendant has asked the court for, and has been granted
e.g. it may be pending appeal
it may be to give the defendant extra time to re-organise their finances to settle the CCJ
it may be to come to an informal agreement with the other party to settle
it may be to request acceptance by the court of a repayment plan
etc
or it may simply be that the CCJ is stayed pending the formal hearing applying for a stay of execution.
If the defendant was planning on going BR, then it may have been a stay until that BR was complete, with the intention the CCJ would be included within the BR0 -
The CCJ was dated August last year, the guy went BR in October so i assume the CCJ is dead and buried0
