Doesn't necessarily look good but say you deferred your state pension for £4023.02 worth. That would get you an increase of £233.33 a year, inflation linked.
Trading £273.92 level for £233.33 inflation linked looks good if your life expectancy is normal.
Initially the level is 17.4% more. Time for inflation to make the state pension higher:
1% inflation: 17 years
2% inflation: 9 years
3% inflation: 5.5 years
4% inflation: 4.1 years
Looks like a far safer approach vs even moderate inflation to take the offer and defer.0
