I wonder how much the average customers mortgage payment could be increased by without the customer questioning it and just accepting it is correct :rotfl:

I always find it funny how when something like this happens people then want to see how the payments are calculated and doubt that the amount they are being refunded is enough. But yet they didn't care before if their payment was correct even though it's very easy to work it out.

I’m just wondering if anyone has to paid back money they owe? Even though my account has been closed for 15years. They are asking me to payback over £2,500 because they made a mistake with the calculations. :mad:
